The website Council for Exceptional Children, http://www.cec.sped.org//AM/Template.cfm?Section=Home, is an organization that promotes the help to parents, educators, for them to be able to teach successfully to children with special needs. Their sole purpose is to better prepare the educators with professional development and resources to better assist these students in their classrooms.
